Dear Mr. Sistek:
The SNDEN has reviewed all submitted proposals for telecommunication
services and is pleased to inform you that QWEST Communications is the
apparent successful bidder. This Letter of Intent is offered to
announce this decision to your company and to the other unsuccessful
bidders.
It is the intent of the Southwest Nebraska Distance Learning Network to
enter into a formal contract agreement with Qwest Communications
beginning July 1st of 2011. The terms and conditions of this
contract will take precedence over this Letter of Intent.
We look forward to working with your organization. We will
contact you shortly to commence contract negotiations.
